Donghong Pipe Industry Is The First To Achieve Mass Production Of DN1400mm Giant PVC Pipes!

The successful mass production of DN1400mm diameter pipes marks that the company has become the first enterprise in China with the mass production capacity of pipes of this specification and has practical application cases. Ultra-large diameter PVCU pipes have a large market space in water conservancy projects, municipal water supply and drainage, rainwater and sewage diversion and other fields. During the production process of the first batch of DN1400mmPVCU pipes, there were many technical difficulties: large mold size, complex cutting and disassembly, large pipe diameter, difficult to pull, difficult to control the out-of-roundness, and the expansion process was challenging. In response to this, the process department, production workshop, and R&D center worked together, and jointly carried out technical research with equipment suppliers, and finally the pipes were perfectly offline. It marks that the company has made new breakthroughs in product structure and further led the direction of industry development.
